Refund and Cancellation Policy

DAMAGES AND ISSUESPlease inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

All packages are carefully wrapped to ensure safe shipping. Packages that arrive damaged will receive a refund or a replacement FREE OF CHARGE. You must report damage within 24 hours of receipt. Please include a photo of the damage  in your email.

CANCELLATION POLICY: You may cancel an order up to 24 hours following a purchase as long as the item has not been shipped. Custom orders cannot be cancelled with the exception of extreme circumstances and will be determined by the shop owner.

RETURNS AND EXCHANGES:  We accept returns and exchanges if you change your mind. Please contact us within 3 days of delivery to arrange for a return. Return shipping is paid for by the buyer and must be shipped within 7 days of delivery. Items must be returned in the same condition they were received in and have a receipt or proof of purchase.

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved; Our original shipping cost will be deducted from the refund amount. You’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

EXCEPTIONS / NON-RETURNABLE ITEMS:  Custom and personalized items cannot be returned unless they arrive damaged or defective. We cannot accept returns on gift cards.
